We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Petra. the location was perfect, with an arched entryway leading to a separate area. the rooms were comfortable and had character, showcasing the original walls. the service was great, with friendly staff. the breakfast on the restaurant patio was delightful, especially with the view of the sun rising. the hotel also had a beautiful indoor heated pool, which was a treat for relaxation.

The restaurant was mediocre, with some areas needing improvement.

Nice base for city break in Petra. It is not far from the airport. We enjoyed our time here;))

The hotel had an attractive exterior, with plenty of greenery around the access road. The room that I stayed in was clean and furnished adequately for a comfortable stay. It was in a good location, just a short drive away from places of interest. The breakfast was good, with a variety of foods to choose from and the dining room was comfortable.

There was no minibar in the room, and the room was quite small. The Wi-Fi reception was intermittent and unreliable.

We liked the architectural aspect of the hotel, which can be attributed as the hotel is restored from a 19th century village in Wadi Musa. The cottages are lovely and the space planning is amazing. The courtyard, walkways and slopes connecting different parts of the hotel are wonderful to experience. Must say that the old village has better aspects of living a peaceful lifestyle.

The hotel operations doesn't stand up to the mark of a five star property, specially with the value for money. There are not enough option with food menu, the interiors of the restaurant are not very lively thus making the whole experience very boring and mundane. The staff welcome is not warm enough to feel at home in the hotel premises. Employee work there because its their job and don't take that extra step to make guests feel comfortable. This is not a complain against the staff, probably they are not taught to be hospitable.

I found the staff to be friendly and professional and the facility to be very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well done and we were very happy with the room service for our evening meals.

The hotel had exclusive amenities, including a private pool and sauna. the service was outstanding, catering to every luxurious need. the room was spacious with modern furnishings. the restaurant had amazing food with fresh ingredients. the hotel was located in a quiet and secluded area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel. I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel.

We are very pleased with our 2 night stay at this hotel. This is beautifully done resort in a village style with facilities of a branded resort like indoor heated pool and sauna. Staff was friendly, Rooms were very spacious and breakfast was excellent. Kids really enjoyed the space and facilities. It is about 3-4 Kms away from Petra entrance but since we had a car, we had no problems. in fact it's location allowed lovely views of the valley. In all, definitely recommended as 1st choice in Petra.

The hotel is charming and has a rustic feel with exposed ruins. the rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. the service levels were excellent, and the food was good with lots of variety.

The hotel layout can be confusing at first. the air conditioning is turned off in September, making the rooms too warm to sleep in.

Hotel is very nicely decorated. The exterior design is amazing. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms were very nice but seemed more basic for the price of a 5 star hotel in the region. The hotel is buried with a lot of twists and turns to get to. A few more clear signs leading to it would be helpful specially if arriving at night. But when you see the place its worth it at the end.

Nice view due to remote location. Could be a nice hotel if it was properly managed and maintained, which is not the case.

Exaggerated price (165 jd for one night and dinner) taking into the poor quality of the service (dirty and old bathroom with mold and disgusting smell, old blankets, heating was not working properly, very basic breakfast and dinner...). A hotel to be avoided. A surprise that some big travel agencies still keep offering this hotel.

Beit Zaman is a beautiful and unique place to stay. The facilities are beautiful, and the public areas, including the restaurant, pool, gardens, etc., have gorgeous views. Our room was huge. There is a very nice indoor pool. Free wi-fi in public areas. We loved that the hotel is made up of renovated houses that were part of the town.

It is extremely difficult to find. This is the main drawback with the hotel.Since it sits on the hillside, there are narrow roads that sometimes just end. There was a sign from the main highway (from Amman via Shuback), but then the other signs were misleading. Actually, there were just not enough signs. The food was ok...catered mainly to westerners. No "Jordanian" food except hummos and mutabbal (which were great!)

The stone buildings and architecture were lovely.

The rooms were very cold and could not be heated. The facilities were in poor repair and the hotel appeared to be slowly dying.
